A. RakshaMatrimony Membership is open to:


Indian Nationals & Citizens


Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)


Non-Resident Indians (NRI)


Persons of Indian descent/heritage


Those intending to marry a person of Indian origin

B. You confirm that:


You are 18+ (women) or 21+ (men).


If divorced/awaiting divorce, you must disclose it.


If residing outside India, you comply with local and Indian marriage laws.

C. If registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm their consent.
2. Registration:


Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including recent photos.


Do not enter irrelevant details, duplicate profiles, or misleading data.


RakshaMatrimony may assist in profile creation but requires a valid mobile number and email.


False information may lead to suspension/termination without refund.

3. Account Security:


You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (ID, password, OTP).


Never share your password—RakshaMatrimony will never ask for it.

4. Role of RakshaMatrimony:


Acts as an intermediary platform for matchmaking.


Profiles are displayed "as-is"—RakshaMatrimony does not verify credentials.


Offers automated matches based on partner preferences.


Provides "Secure Connect" for women's privacy (calls without sharing numbers).


Does not guarantee matrimonial success or profile authenticity.

5. Member Responsibilities:


Verify prospects before proceeding (marital status, education, finances, etc.).


Do not:


Engage in financial transactions with other members.


Use abusive/discriminatory language.


Share confidential data (bank details, etc.).


Enter physical relationships before marriage.




Update profile changes promptly.


Delete profile after marriage.

11. Refund & Termination:


Payments are non-refundable except under RakshaMatrimony’s stated refund policy.


RakshaMatrimony may terminate accounts for violations without notice.

12. Jurisdiction:


Governed by Indian laws; disputes resolved in Hyderabad, Telangana courts.

13. Additional Terms:


Auto-renewal applies to paid memberships unless canceled.
